On Sunday around 2:37 pm police arrested a Seneca Falls man following an incident at a local business. Police say Guy S. Johnson, 55, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly caused damage to property at a local business. The damage is said to have exceeded $250. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket. more

An order of protection has been issued, and a 19-year-old Canandaigua resident now faces additional charges for intimidating a witness in a criminal case. Police say a 26-year-old Rochester woman was arrested for prostitution after an investigation. Diamonds Cain-Henry, 26, of Rochester was charged with prostitution after she agreed to have sexual intercourse with an undercover police officer in exchange for money. Police say she is due in court at a later date, and that the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation. more
